Major life changes

"Through acknowledging our grief, we begin the process of being made whole again."

Francis Weller

What to expect

Each person I work with is different and we follow what you need, but below is some of what you can expect.

If something here speaks to you, you're welcome to book a free introductory call held in confidence, where we can explore what you need and how I can support you.

Your unique grieving process

We go at your pace and I don't expect you to feel differently at any pointYour relationship to your loss is unique and, therefore, so is your grief.

Staying connected

If you have lost someone you love, you don't have to stop loving or forget them. You can tell me about them, share stories from their life, regrets you carry, or the signs that feel like they are there. We can explore how they shaped you and meaningful ways to stay connected.

Life now

I offer practical, empathetic support as you navigate day-to-day life in grief, including your routines and relationships. In your own time, we can explore who you are now.

Your nervous system

Grief impacts your brain and nervous system and sometimes our bodies hold onto grief even after we have grieved. Some people choose to combine grief support with breathwork, which supports the body's innate capacity to feel, heal and regulate.

How it works

Private grief support sessions last 75 minutes, scheduled every week or fortnight, for as long as you need. We begin with a moment to get comfortable. From there, you are welcome to speak about whatever feels most important.

Many people find that, through being deeply heard and accompanied in what they are going through, something begins to shift over time. Their grief doesn't hurt as much anymore and they have learnt how to bring their grief into a life that feels meaningful.

One day, you will feel ready to reduce the regularity of our sessions or stop coming. When the time comes to finish working together, we will prepare to say goodbye with care and intention.

Location and pricing

Sessions last 75 minutes and cost £75 each.

I work online via Zoom worldwide and I welcome clients from different genders and backgrounds.

Some of my clients live close to me, in Stroud UK, in which case you can choose the format that feels most comfortable for you: a nature walk in the Stroud countryside, a therapy room in Stroud town, or at your home if you're within a 15 minute drive from Stroud. You're also welcome to change format between sessions.

I would love to talk you through how we could work together. You're welcome to book a free introductory call held in confidence, where we can explore how I can best support you.
