Day-long/half-day grief retreats and rituals - Stroud, UK
"You made the space feel incredibly safe and open. I felt part of a community sharing grief together." - Zoe
Co-facilitated with Nika Shoot, these retreats and rituals draw on the idea of 'grief tending' and are an opportunity to come together in community, acknowledge and honour your grief and love without needing to wear a mask, and be welcomed exactly as you are.
In grief tending, we create a sense of a village where everybody is valued for who you are and the story you bring. We use gentle practices as a way of turning towards our grief together. When we do this, something shifts. Our hearts begin to soften and open. We remember something deep in our bones: that we were never meant to do this alone.
These retreats and rituals use a range of practices such as writing/painting, nature connection, gentle movement, fire gatherings, storytelling and communal ritual.
There is room for all forms of grief.
More information and booking below. We would be honoured to welcome you.
