Gentle Grief Walk - Stroud area

In partnership with the National Trust, these are gently guided walks in the Stroud area. They are open to anyone carrying grief, without needing to explain. This is a good place to come if you want connection and companionship.

We walk at a relaxed pace for up to an hour, followed by time for chats and a hot drink. You may choose to walk in conversation or quietly - whichever feels best for you. You are welcome exactly as you are on the day.
