Gentle Grief Walk - Free

A gentle nature walk for those carrying grief and loss, whether recent or long ago. 

Join us for a morning of connection together in nature.

Please reserve your spot by selecting a free ticket - places are limited to support a sense of togetherness in the group. You are welcome exactly as you are on the day.

Grief can come in different ways, such as a death, relationship loss, pregnancy loss, health diagnosis or not receiving the love we deserve. All kinds of grief have a place here and you are warmly welcome, whatever you are carrying.

We'll stroll gently for about an hour along National Trust paths by the lake and woods, followed by a chance to sit together with a hot drink.

You're welcome to walk quietly, in conversation or between the two - whichever feels best for you.
