I invite you to join breath ceremonies with Conscious Connected Breathwork.

The breath is our oldest medicine, accompanying us from our first to last moments in life.

In these ceremonies, I create a sacred space that holds you and keeps your heart warm.

You may join one ceremony or come for the series of four.

Spaces are intentionally limited to create a held and sacred space where I can attend to everyone in the group, so booking is essential.
