Meet Veronica.
Welcome. It's a pleasure to meet you.
Grief and loss can be profoundly significant and you do not have to carry it alone.
I support people whose life has been changed by grief and loss - such as a death, relationship ending, major life change or even grief for the uncertain times we're living in.
Whether your grief is recent or long held, visible or private, you are very welcome. It would be my privilege to support you.
Private support
Whether you're seeking grief or bereavement support online or in Stroud, I am here to support your journey ahead through weekly or fortnightly sessions.
Private sessions create a courageous space for what you are living with. My approach is personable, unhurried and gentle. You are the expert on your grief and life, and I will not try to change you. I listen deeply, ask questions with care and curiosity, and offer guidance when that helps. My role is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as clarity and light begin to return.
Each session begins with a moment to get comfortable. From there, you are welcome to speak about whatever feels most present for you. You have my permission to go as deep as you need to, without needing to be polished or strong. I will meet you there with presence, respect and patience.
I work from my professional training and my lived experience, especially the death of my sister. The truth is: grief can be devastating and, after loss, life is different. Yet when we show up for this journey of grieving and transition, grief can become part of a life with greater depth, wisdom and meaning.
I work with clients globally online via Zoom. If you're based around Stroud UK, you can choose in-person sessions in whichever format feels most comfortable for you: a nature walk in the Stroud countryside, in a private therapy room in Stroud or at your home within 15-minutes' drive from Stroud.
It would be my privilege to welcome you. If this resonates, you're welcome to book a free introductory call.
