About Me
Hi, I'm Veronica.
I'm a Grief and Loss Practitioner. I'm also a friend, sister and daughter.
In my own grief and loss journey, I'm extremely grateful to have had someone skilled and experienced to accompany me through. I came to this work to be that person for others.
Grief can be a deeply painful, messy and individual experience - there's no 'getting over' it. At the same time, grief can bring unexpected gifts. As I've integrated different losses in my life, I've become clearer on what matters and more connected to life. I hold grief with compassion and trust.

My work is guided by values close to my heart: human connection, authenticity, empathy, friendliness and integrity.
I work from my professional certificate in loss and grief, coaching principles, and my own personal experience. I also work within safeguarding guidelines, maintain strict confidentiality, and engage in regular supervision to ensure safe and ethical practice.
I am not a therapist and I do not provide diagnosis, psychotherapy or medical advice. My work is open to all who can benefit and I acknowledge it won't be right for everyone.
If you're unsure whether my support is right for you, I recommend booking a free call so you can get to know my style, ask questions, and see what feels best for you at this time.
I live in Stroud, UK, grateful for the countryside and sense of community. I have also lived in other countries and worked in international development and peacebuilding, which shaped how I understand loss, change and resilience.
