Stroud Gentle Grief Walks
90-minute nature walks
Gently guided walks in the Stroud area, taking place roughly once a month. The walks are open to anyone carrying grief, without needing to explain. This is a good place to come if you want connection and companionship.
We walk at a relaxed pace for up to an hour, followed by time for chats and a hot drink. You may choose to walk in conversation or quietly - whichever feels best for you. You are welcome exactly as you are on the day.
For thousands of years, in times of grief and change, people have turned to walking with one another and nature. Come exactly as you are. Walk together.
Our final date before taking a break will be 10.30am-12pm on Saturday 25th April 2026. More information and booking details below.

Grief Honouring Rituals, Stroud
Half-day groups and retreats
In modern times, many of us grieve in isolation and this can be lonely. But in older cultures, grieving was communal. There were fires for grief. There were songs. There were arms to hold you. Grief was never meant to be carried alone.
Co-facilitated with Nika Shoot, these are small, guided gatherings - often outdoors - where you can make space for grief with supportive community and the beauty of nature, honour loss, mark transitions, and reconnect with life.
Our spring series will take place as a journey across three dates in Sladebank Woods: 0930am-1pm on Sunday 19th April, Sunday 10th May and Sunday 14th June 2026. More information and booking below.
We will also soon release tickets for a day-long grief retreat at Slad Farm in Stroud on Saturday 4th July. Please get in touch if you would like to be added to the mailing list.
