Stroud Gentle Grief Walks
90-minute nature walks
Gently guided walks in the Stroud area, taking place roughly once a month. The walks are open to anyone carrying grief, without needing to explain. This is a good place to come if you want connection and companionship.
We walk at a relaxed pace for up to an hour, followed by time for chats and a hot drink. You may choose to walk in conversation or quietly - whichever feels best for you. You are welcome exactly as you are on the day.
For thousands of years, in times of grief and change, people have turned to walking with one another and nature. Come exactly as you are. Walk together.
Our final date before taking a break will be 10.30am-12pm on Saturday 30th May 2026. More information and booking details below.

Grief Retreat, Stroud
Saturday 4th July 2026
In modern times, many of us grieve in isolation and this can be lonely. But in older cultures, people have mourned together with a sense of community. There were fires for grief. There were arms to hold you. Grief does not have to be carried alone.
Co-facilitated with Nika Shoot, this one-day grief retreat is an opportunity to come together in community, acknowledge and honour grief, and be welcomed exactly as you are. You'll be met with care and leave with insights to help carry your grief in everyday life.
More information and booking below. It would be our honour to welcome you.
