Meet Veronica.
Welcome. It's a pleasure to meet you.
Grief can be profoundly significant, and this does not have to be carried alone.
I support people with life after grief and loss - both through individual support and groups.
You may choose individual sessions so I can support you personally or join a group to come together with others.
I work with different kinds of grief - whether a death, relationship ending, a lost sense of purpose or who you are, or even grief for the world.
Whatever you have come here with, whether recent or long ago, visible or private, it would be my privilege to support you.
Individual support
Whether you're seeking grief or bereavement support in Stroud or online, I am here to support you through weekly or fortnightly talk-based sessions.
These sessions create a carefully held and welcoming space for what you are living with. My approach is grounded and gentle: I listen deeply, reflect back what I hear, ask thoughtful questions and offer guidance when that helps.
Each session begins with a moment to get comfortable. From there, you are welcome to speak about whatever feels most relevant for you. Together, we explore what you are experiencing with curiosity, support you to make sense of this with kindness, and to reconnect with your clarity and next steps. I will meet you wherever you are with respect, presence and patience.
My work is informed by both professional training and my personal experience of grief, including the death of my sister. The truth is: in grief, life can feel changed. When we show up for this process of grieving and transition in our lives, it can become part of a life with beauty, depth and meaning.
Sessions can take place wherever feels most comfortable for you: a nature walk in the Stroud countryside, in a private therapy room in Stroud, at your home within 15-minutes' drive from Stroud, or online via Zoom.
It would be my privilege to support you. If this resonates, you're welcome to book a free introductory call.
