What losses can you help me with?
Bereavement
When someone dies, it can feel like the world has shifted. Grief can arrive suddenly or slowly over time, and everyone experiences it in their own way. 1:1 support offers an empathetic space to explore and understand your grief, and find ways to navigate daily life. If you wish, you can use this space to honour the person you've lost - bringing them with you in ways that feel meaningful to you.
Relationship loss
Relationship loss can happen through a breakup, separation, divorce or someone no longer being in our life. Often, we grieve not just the person, but also the trust, safety or imagined future. 1:1 support gently guides you through the different layers of your grief and life now. Together, with kindness, we'll support you in reconnecting with yourself and finding hope.
Lifestyle loss: loss of identity, health, job, home or pet
Sometimes grief comes with a major change - a job ending, a move, an illness or becoming a parent. Losses can pile up, or one loss might stir grief from the past. 1:1 support provides a gentle, empathetic space to meet your grief and the ways it affects your life. Together, we'll explore how to incorporate your loss into your life, carrying with you all that feels precious.

How do 1:1 sessions work?
Sessions are confidential, last 60 minutes long and can be scheduled at a time that works for you. You choose the format that feels safest and most comfortable: online, Stroud in-person or Gloucestershire 'walk and talk'. You can also swap format between sessions in a flexible way.
Online
Via Zoom so you can join from the comfort of your own home.
Stroud in-person
A therapy room in Stroud. If you live within 20 minutes drive from Stroud, we can also discuss home visits so that we take your sessions in-person at your home, if you choose that.
Gloucestershire 'walk and talk'
Walking in the Gloucestershire countryside around Stroud. We agree the place together and we walk at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and tailored to your mobility needs. Like walking with a friend, this can be calming and grounding.
Pricing
60 minute sessions - £60 each
I offer a limited number of 'pay what you can' spaces. It's important to me that the support I offer is available to anyone who needs it, regardless of financial circumstances. Please reach out if you'd like to speak about this option.
Book a free consultation
I offer everyone a free call so we can understand your situation and see how I might support. If none of the times in my calendar below work for you, feel free to email me and we'll find a time that suits us both.
